Hello, although Kairi is the main protagonist of the story, you'll have the chance to play as Ranko in some scenes and optional paths. The same goes for Yuki in Volume 2 and Kanako in Volume 3. Hope that helps!
I love it. I haven't seen a game that makes use of only females, but, I won't say that I'm opposed to the idea, either... I would say I'm all for it.
I won't even go into detail about this because 1) it's a demo, there isn't much to discuss and 2) there are no flaws whatsoever.
Voice acting (VA) is on point and art style is beautiful. I think we can all assume that not only the HScenes that are gonna be beautiful, but, every scene will be.
Will there be actual romance scenes/romantic endings to work towards in this when complete? Don't get me wrong, I know that this game will have a focus on the lewdness as a selling point and I love that as much as the next guy, but I like there to be something resembling romance and relationship building amidst all the lust and porn! Just want to make sure before backing on Kickstarter.
The game will be more focused on the comedy and lewd side of things, I'm not saying it won't have some romantic/cute/love scenes from time to time, but that won't be the main focus of the endings or the common goal of the heroines. Sorry for the late reply I hope that helps!

Your lot are well catered for, so why are you complaining? you have a wealth of options, yuri fans do not. Also, I'm fairly certain it's mostly men who play yuri VNs too (whether they be smutty or not), so clearly guys have no issue self-inserting in some way when it's a female MC.
